Clothing:
Our apparel and goods are made to order, especially for you.
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size selection errors, or color preference. Please double-check size charts and product descriptions before ordering.
- However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll replace it at no cost. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the item and issue
- Your order number
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they are sent into production and cannot be modified or refunded.
Non-Returnable Clothing Items:
Intimates, swimwear, or custom-tailored items.
Final sale items (clearly marked).
Original Oil Paintings:
Each original piece is a unique, hand-painted work of art.
Returns
- Returns on original artwork are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring safe delivery.
- Please email us before returning to initiate the process.
Refunds
- Once the returned painting is received and inspected, we will issue a refund (minus shipping) to your original payment method.
Art Prints:
Art prints are made with care and high-quality materials.
Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns on art prints unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged or defective print, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- A photo of the damage
- Your order number
Shipping Damage or Lost Items:
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
- Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery
- For lost items, please wait 14 days after the estimated delivery date and contact us for assistance
Non-Returnable Art Items:
*Custom, commissioned, or personalized artwork.
*Digital downloads or prints.
*Art returned without prior approval or outside of the 14-day window.
Return Process:
1. Email us at chlouin365@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue.
2. Once approved, ship the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Upon receipt and verification of the damage/defect, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Additional Notes:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method; we do not offer cash refunds.
